A Brief History of Blacksun
Roni has bred, trained, and showed a variety of different breeds of dogs including German Shepherds, Blue Tick Coon Hounds, Rottweilers, Peruvian Inca Orchid Dogs, Bloodhounds, and currently her preferred breed of choice, Belgian Malinois.
Roni's career with dog training is extensive and she has trained and competed in many venues concentrating in aviation and helitac, bite work, and scent work to include tracking, trailing, cadaver, narcotics, and bomb detection.
Additionally Roni's love is horses too, and after 30 years of breeding and raising Appaloosa horses she was forced to make a huge move to a smaller property and unfortunately was forced to rehome a large portion of her herd. She also raised, bred, and showed Cornish Rex Cats.
